Rita Ange Kagaju is a Rwandan singer who just launched her music career in 2019, but shows a polish in You Are Mine that could be from someone with multitudes more experience. This groove is one heck of a Nu-Disco tune, vocally driven, but the bass guitar holds a certain weight that is more than appropriate for the style.
